These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pjrauto.com (the "Site") and any services provided by PJR Auto Service Inc. ("PJR", "we", "us"). By using the Site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
PJR Auto Service Inc. provides automotive repair and maintenance services at our shop located at 1765 Shawson Dr Unit 9, Mississauga, ON L4W 1N8. Services include (but are not limited to) diagnostics, oil changes, brake service, tire service, transmission work, and general repairs for all makes and models.
All work is performed by qualified technicians using OEM or equivalent-quality parts. Specific service availability may vary — please call ahead to confirm.
The Driver Rate Program offers discounted oil changes to verified gig-economy drivers. The current rates are:

The Driver Rate covers conventional or synthetic-blend oil and a standard oil filter. Synthetic-only oil, specialty filters, or additional services are quoted separately. We reserve the right to verify driver status and decline the rate if verification fails.
All repair work is quoted in writing before starting. Quotes are based on visible inspection and the description you provide. If additional issues are discovered during service, we will contact you with a revised quote and obtain approval before proceeding.
Written quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted.
We provide a 12-month or 20,000 km warranty on parts and labour for most service work, whichever comes first. Warranty details specific to your service are listed on your final invoice. Warranty does not cover:
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. Driver Rate bookings require at least 4 hours' notice for cancellation; missed appointments without notice may be charged a $20 fee.
PJR Auto Service Inc. carries commercial liability insurance and is registered with the Ontario College of Trades. Our liability for any single service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Vehicles left at our shop are left at the owner's risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
